I work as an Associate Consultant for a number of organisations delivering Enterprise for Business (Business Support), Growth and Employment programmes including;

  • Training and Mentoring on government funded business enterprise programmes to support organisations with; Business Start-Up, Enterprise Growth, Leadership, Sales and Marketing for business success and continual growth.
  • Working with SME’s on writing, implementing and delivering effective business plans and growth strategies.
  • Employer Engagement programmes and activities.
  • Leadership development training (individual and group).
  • Organising and hosting corporate events.

With over thirteen years’ experience within the fast paced and competitive Recruitment industry working at a strategic level for two global corporate organisations, I have the expertise and experience to support you and your business with all areas of Recruitment, Talent Development and Succession Planning including;

  • Recruitment and resourcing programmes for all positions from entry level to Directorship; writing job descriptions, person specifications, job competencies, pre-selection of candidates, interviewing, job offers and negotiations of employment.
  • Succession planning and talent development in line with performance management processes and strategies.
  • Training, development and coaching for all employees from entry level to executive.
  • Outplacement/redundancy support.
